Marina Latukha is a Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour and HRM at the Graduate School of Management, Saint Petersburg State University, Russia. She is also the lead researcher at the Center for the Study of Emerging Market and Russian Multinational Enterprises.
