John Paolo R. Rivera is an economist with an extensive research portfolio in the areas of tourism development, international trade, and development economics. He is the president and chief economist of Oikonomia Advisory and Research, Inc. and he is currently the OIC executive director of the Asian Institute of Management – Dr. Andrew L. She is also a senior consultant at Warwick and Rogers, and a sustainable tourism specialist at the Masungi Georeserve Foundation Inc.Fernando Martin Y. Roxas is the president of the National Power Corporation and was executive director of the Asian Institute of Management – Dr. Andrew L. Tan Center for Tourism.
