Svetla Marinova is Associate Professor of International Business at Aalborg University, Denmark. Her research interests include company internationalization and the role of institutions, strategy of multinational firms from emerging economies and the management of firms undergoing intensive internationalization processes. She has published more than seventy papers in scholarly journals and edited seven academic books. Jorma Larimo is Professor of International Marketing at the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vaasa, Finland. His main research areas are internationalization of SMEs, acquisition and international joint venture strategies and performance, and entry and marketing strategies in CEE countries. He is an active member of several academic associations, and his research has been published in several edited books and international journals.Niina Nummela is Professor of International Business at the Turku School of Economics, University of Turku, Finland, and Visiting Professor at the University of Tartu, Estonia. Her areas of expertise include international entrepreneurship, cross-border acquisitions, and research methods. She has published widely in academic journals and edited academic books.
