Federico Lega, Ph.D, is full professor of health administration at Public Health Department at the University of Milan (Italy) and leads the Research Centre in Health Administration (HEAD).He also serves as advisor of local health authorities in Italy, health departments of Regions, national health agencies, and has worked as consultant for the WHO. He's the President of the European Healthcare Management Association (EHMA), and chair of its scientific advisory committee.Elena Maggioni is a PhD candidate in Management at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa and holds a master's degree in healthcare management from the University of Milan. Formerly a research fellow at the Health Administration Research and Advanced Training Center at the University of Milan, she has concentrated her research on socio-healthcare integration and the creation of multidisciplinary and multiprofessional networks.Patricia Ravalico is Director of Global Scientific Leadership and Education for Abbott. She is also the executive lead of the UNIVANTS of Healthcare Excellence Program, a prestigious global award program that was developed to recognize, amplify and inspire best practices in healthcare transformation.
