George Saridakis is a Professor of Small Business and Entrepreneurship and former Head of the Department of Marketing, Entrepreneurship and International Business at the University of Kent, UK. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Essex. He has taught at various UK and international universities and has received several teaching awards. He has also served as an external assessor for prestigious accreditation bodies (e.g., AMBA). His research has been presented at numerous conferences, and he has received many distinctions, honours, and awards. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences (FAcSS), and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Additionally, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ISBE) and leads the Late Career Consortium at the Academy of Management (AOM).Yannis Georgellis is a Professor of Management at SP Jain London School of Management, UK. He is known for his work on happiness, adaptation, and employee well-being. Spanning several disciplines, his research explores psychological aspects of decision-making processes within the general context of employee happiness, well-being, and engagement, and their impact on organisational performance. He has published numerous articles in the areas of human resource management, organisational behaviour, applied psychology and behavioural economics. Professor Georgellis is a Distinguished Associate of the International Atlantic Economic Society (IAES).Ali Emrouznejad is a Professor and Chair in Business Analytics at Surrey Business School, UK. He also serves as the Director of the Centre for Business Analytics in Practice, leading research efforts in various fields, including performance measurement and management, efficiency and productivity analysis, as well as AI and big data. He has been acknowledged as one of the top 2% most influential scientists globally by Stanford University. He has published over 250 articles in top-ranked journals and his publications have been well-cited. He is the Series Editor of Springer book series on “Business Analytics in Practice“ and has authored or edited several books. Additionally, he serves as an editor, associate editor, or member of the editorial boards for multiple scientific journals.
