Anna Ashby has over 20 years' experience as a yoga teacher and since 2003 has taught at triyoga in London, the largest yoga centre in Europe. She leads workshops and teacher trainings internationally. She is a founder and senior faculty member at triyoga's teacher training program. Anna is one of my favourite teachers of all time. She is a teacher's teacher as well as has the ability to keep things simple and straight talking. It was in her restorative classes that I had the "restorative light bulb moment". As I have gotten older, having a restorative practice and a meditation practice has been essential to my mental and physical self-care practice.Anna has the ability to explain the benefits of the restorative practice and understand how important it is to pay attention to the nervous system in such a way that you shift your perspective. We have spent our life time learning how important "doing" is.
