Wheeler is the Dean of the College of Businessand Public Management at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, USA. Hecompleted his PhD at the University of Oklahoma, USA, and his undergraduatedegree at the University of Maryland in College Park, USA. He has publishedbook chapters and peer-reviewed journal articles on the topics of employeeturnover and retention, employee fit, and employee well-being.Jonathon R.B. Halbesleben is the Senior Associate Dean andRussell Professor of Business Administration for the Culverhouse College ofBusiness at the University of Alabama, USA.
