"Delightful teachings that embolden us to find essential refuge and nourishment in the fabric of our daily lives."—Wayne Muller, author of How, Then, Shall We Live?"David Kundtz has written a gem—the rare book that illustrates the mystical possibilities of our lives."—Steven Harrison, author of Doing Nothing and Getting to Where You Are"...a thought-provoking reminder of the beauty that surrounds us if we will slow down long enough to pay attention."—Sam Horn, author of Tongue Fu! and ConZentrate“David Kundtz’s lessons are quiet and kind. I’ve been working as a therapist and a creativity coach to creative and performing artists and other creatives for more than thirty-five years. Working with them has caused me to come to many of the same conclusions that the author shares here, about the value of pausing, about doing a certain sort of nothing, about the power of gazing out the window, about what mindfulness in the middle of a real life can mean and might look like.”—Eric Maisel, PhD, author of Redesign Your Mind and Why Smart People Hurt
