"The gentle way this book talks to us hints at the potential role of education in furthering the philosophical aesthetics of organizing. This kind of aesthetics philosophy, one more as education and practice than as research and theory, is what emerges forcefully from the friendly reunion of Dr. Strati with Mr. Antonio." --Pierre Guillet de Monthoux, Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden, published in Organization Studies "Good books often offer no more than a single deep insight. Excellent books offer multiple insights, and great ones many more. By that standard, Strati’s little book (only 181 pages, including index) is excellent." --Paul C. Godfrey, Brigham Young University, USA, published in Administrative Science Quarterly
