Metaphor Translation in Popular Science

This book explores the intersection of metaphor studies and translation studies, specifically focusing on popular scientific articles. The volume complements existing work on conceptual metaphor theory in translation by aligning it with conceptual blending theory to demonstrate how an integrated approach offers a more expansive understanding of the cognitive and linguistic dimensions of metaphor translation.
