She is pursuing Ph.D. in Extension and Communication Management at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, India. Her research focuses on rural development, information and communication technologies, entrepreneurship development, and empowerment of farm women.P. Sanjith Kumar is faculty member in the Department of Agricultural Extension at Imayam Institute of Agriculture and Technology, Thuraiyur, Trichy, affiliated with Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. His work focuses on agricultural extension education and rural development initiatives.S. Arunkumar is faculty member in the Department of Agricultural Engineering at Asian College of Engineering & Technology, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. His research and teaching interests include agricultural engineering systems and technology applications in agriculture.Telem Matouleibi Chanu is affiliated with the College of Post Graduate Studies in Agricultural Sciences, Umiam, Meghalaya, under Central Agricultural University, Imphal, Manipur, India. Her academic work focuses on agricultural sciences and extension management in the northeastern region of India.Ashutosh Sharma is faculty member in the Department of Agricultural Extension & Communication at Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. His research interests include agricultural extension systems, communication strategies and rural development programs.
