In the last two decades, his research focused on investigating how machine learning could be applied in electronic design and test flows. Earlier, his research focused on a variety of topics in Electronic Design Automation and Test, including microprocessor test and verification, statistical timing analysis, defect-oriented testing, and Boolean Satisfiability (SAT) solvers.
