Professor Mohammad Hadi Dehghani is a faculty member in the Department of Environmental Health Engineering, School of Public Health, Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), Iran. His research focuses on environmental science, and he leads research projects at TUMS. He contributes to scholarly journals as an editorial board member, guest editor, and reviewer and participates in international scientific committees. He also supervises postgraduate research and is a member of the Iranian Association of Environmental Health and the Institute for Environmental Research at TUMS. His scholarly work includes peer-reviewed research, conference papers, book chapters, and edited volumes. Dr. Mina Aghaei is a faculty member at the School of Public Health, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and a dedicated researcher in the field of Environmental Health and Human Ecology. Her expertise lies in emerging pollutants, with a focus on their health risks, environmental impacts, and sustainable solutions. She is the author of various research studies published in national and international journals and has led several research projects at TUMS. Dr. Aghaei focuses on understanding the health risks associated with these pollutants, addressing their growing prevalence and potential impacts on human health. She is deeply involved in systematic reviews and meta-analyses to provide a comprehensive overview of the effects of emerging pollutants on human health. As an active contributor to the academic community, Dr. Aghaei serves as Co-Editor and Section Editor for the Journal of Environmental Health Science & Engineering (Springer). Dr. Hosna Janjani is an assistant professor at the Research Center for Environmental Determinants of Health at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. Her research expertise lies in the field of environmental health, with a focus on assessing the health effects of exposure to pollutants, exposure assessment and modelling, and risk assessment. She has conducted studies on exposure to various pollutants and their health effects, including the assessment of the risk of non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic effects associated with environmental pollutant exposure. Her research also involves estimating the disease burden attributable to environmental risk factors. Dr. Janjani is an author with 40+ peer-reviewed articles, 3 books, and numerous conference papers to her credit. She serves as Section Editor of the Journal of Environmental Health Science & Engineering (Springer) and is an editorial board member of the Iranian Journal of Epidemiology (Scopus). She serves also on the review boards of several prominent journals.
