Ottavio Quirico is a Senior Researcher at the University for Foreigners in Perugia, Italy, an Associate Professor at the ANU Centre for European Studies at the Australian National University and an Associate Professor at the School of Law at the University of New England. He has held senior positions in universities across the globe and has acted as a consultant to the United Nations.Katarzyna Kwapisz Williams is Deputy Director and Jean Monnet Research Fellow at the ANU Centre for European Studies at the Australian National University. She is a cultural scholar whose research is focused, among others, on cultural history and cross-cultural relations, memory and identity making.
