Liane Hambly is one of the leading independent trainers and consultants in the UK career development field, being awarded a Fellowship of the Career Development Institute in recognition of her contribution. She is a regular keynote speaker at international conferences. She has also co-authored to a further book, “Sailplaning: Creating a 4D Life and Career” and co-edited a further book, “Art That Tells the Truth: Creative Methods in Guidance and Counselling”.Ciara Bomford is the People Development Manager for Careers Wales, which ensures that she is very aware of the needs of practitioners on the front line. She has also been working closely with colleagues in Skills Development Scotland on collaborative projects and advising colleagues in the Northern Ireland Careers Service whilst they review their arrangements for trainee careers advisers. She is also a qualified counsellor, and has been training careers practitioners in topics including ACE Awareness, Resilience, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Self-Compassion.
