Monica Fedeli is an Associate Professor at the University of Padova, Italy. Bierema is a Professor of Adult Learning, Leadership & Organization Development at the University of Georgia (USA). She designs and delivers programs focused on learning, leadership, and change in corporations, nonprofits, healthcare, government, and higher education. Her research interests include workplace learning, career development, women’s leadership, organization development, executive coaching, and critical human resource development.  She has published over 60 articles that have appeared in both research and professional publications and has authored, co-authored or edited six books including Adult Learning: Linking Theory and Practice. Prof. Bierema was the winner of two “book-of-the-year” awards in 2015, and most recently was a 2018 Fulbright Research Scholar at the University of Padova, Italy.
