"Once in a long while a specialist writes a textbook which even a general practitioner can get excited about. Such a book is the new Colour Atlas of Ophthalmology... True to its title, this is an atlas of ophthalmology and the colour reproduction of the pictures is absolutely to rate." Journal of the Royal College of General Practitioners, England "This book is lavishly illustrated entirely with high quality colour photographs... The colours are rendered accurately, and the diagnosis of common eye conditions simply becomes a matter of matching the patient to the photograph." The Australian & New Zealand Journal of Surgery "There is an excellent distribution of external and fundus photographs, most of high quality... a fine, brief atlas and text that deals with ophthalmologic disease on a practical level." American Journal of Ophthalmology "This small book is remarkable. The selection of material is excellent for a book intended for the student and the general practitioner. This book is highly recommended, and the teachers of undergraduates should bring the attention of their students to this publication." The Medical Journal of Australia "Although the authors have kept the volume 'small and handy with brief text', the presentation is practical and will be useful as a quick source of reference to students of medicine, ophthalmology and optometry and also family physicians and practising optometrists." British Journal of Optometry & Dispensing
