DR MICHIEL S. DE VRIES is Senior Lecturer of Public Policy Analysis at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of the Free University, Amsterdam. He obtained his MA at the University of Groningen and his PhD at the University of Utrecht. He is the author of a number of books and several articles on public policy analysis, evaluation methods and international relations published both I the Netherlands and abroad.
