Neha Gupta is working as an Associate Professor at Amity School of Business, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Department of Statistics & Operations Research, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. She is a Gold Medallist in M.Sc. (Operations Research). Her broad research interests include Optimization Modelling, Sustainability, and Decision Sciences. She is a lifetime member of the Operational Research Society of India. She has more than 56 publications in journals of ABS, ABDC, SCIE, Scopus, and WoS indexing. She has authored one and edited four books for international publishers of repute. She has edited special issues for the Journal of Pricing and Revenue Managemen, Dynamic Relationships Management, and Transnational Marketing Journal. Sha has been awarded with Shiksha Bharti Samman – CED India & Ministry of MSME in 2023 for her outstanding contribution as a young educator.Sujata Khandai is currently Professor of Marketing, Deputy Dean of Academics and Director in Amity University Noida. She holds an MBA degree from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and a Ph.D. from GGSIPU, New Delhi. Dr Khandai started her career with a sales and marketing profile in the consumer durables industry. She subsequently moved to academia and worked in various higher educational institutions in India and Nepal before joining Amity University in 2015. Her teaching interests lie in the areas of consumer behaviour, digital marketing, branding and entrepreneurship. Actively involved with consultancy assignments and conducting training programs and workshops, she has been published extensively in highly ranked journals and has also presented papers in international conferences in Asia, Europe, and the USA. She has been awarded with a funded project from ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Sciences Research) in the area of employment generation and sustainability. Dr Khandai has also co-authored a book ‘Consumer Behaviour – In the Indian Context’, and she is currently co-authoring a book on Brand Management.Ajay Kumar is a Professor (Research Track), Department of Mechanical Engineering, School of Core Engineering, Faculty of Science, Technology & Architecture, Manipal University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. He earned his Ph.D. in the field of advanced manufacturing and automation from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, India, after B.Tech. (Hons.) in mechanical engineering and M.Tech. (Distinction) in manufacturing and automation. His areas of research include Data Analytics, Biomedical Engineering, Incremental Sheet Forming, Artificial Intelligence, Sustainable Materials, Robotics and Automation, Additive Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Industrial Engineering Systems, Waste Management, and Optimization Techniques. He has over 220 publications in international journals of repute, including Scopus, Web of Science, and SCI indexed database and refereed international conferences. He has organized various national and international events, including an international conference on Mechatronics and Artificial Intelligence (ICMAI-2021) as conference chair. He is currently organizing an international conference on Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Materials, and Mechatronics Systems (AIAMMS-2023) as conference chair. He has more than 20 national and international patents to his credit. He has supervised more than eight M.Tech. and Ph.D. scholars and numerous undergraduate projects/theses. He has 15 years of experience in teaching and research. He is guest editor of many reputed journals. He has contributed to many international conferences/symposiums as a session chair, expert speaker, and member of the editorial board. He has won several proficiency awards during the course of his career, including merit awards, best teacher awards, and so on. He has also co-authored and co-edited more than 20 books. He has also authored many in-house course notes, lab manuals, monographs, and invited chapters in books. He has organized a series of faculty development programs, international conferences, workshops, and seminars for researchers, Ph.D., UG, and PG-level students. He is associated with many research, academic, and professional societies in various capacities.Chand Prakash Saini is a distinguished academician with over 15 years of extensive experience in Industry, Academics, Research, training and Consultancy. A certified professional in Digital Marketing from University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign with his doctorate in Management, focusing on critical issues in E-tailing and its impact on consumer behaviour. His academic journey is marked by a master’s degree in management and commerce, along with qualifying UGC NET in both disciplines and receiving a Junior Research Fellowship in Management. Dr. Saini has made significant research contributions, authoring and co-authoring over 30 research publications in prestigious journals. He has presented his findings at over 50 national and international conferences, including those at renowned institutions like IITs and IIMs, and has received multiple Best Research Paper Awards. Additionally, he has published five cases at Case Centre UK. In the realm of editorial and academic contributions, Dr. Saini has edited a book on Technology Disruption in healthcare, operations and Business Management published by CRC Press and a special issue on & Integration of Analytics, Optimization, and Marketing for the Growth of Businesses in Emerging Economies & for the Transnational Marketing Journal, indexed in Scopus. He has conducted numerous seminars, workshops, and development programs, chaired technical sessions at international conferences, and served as a reviewer for journals under Inderscience and IGI Global. He is frequently invited to deliver expert lectures at various institutions on his research and areas of expertise. Dr. Saini research interests are deeply rooted in quantitative studies, particularly Structural Equation Modelling, and decision-making and data analysis using SPSS. His dedication to academia is further demonstrated by his successful mentorship of four doctoral research scholars, guiding them through their doctoral programs to successful completions.
