Dr. Bivina G. R. is an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal (MANIT), specializing in Transportation Engineering. She received her Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, focusing on pedestrian level of service assessment. She completed her M.Tech. from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur and B.Tech. from University of Kerala.She has published 20+ journal papers and presented 40+ conference papers. She serves on the Editorial Board of Transportation Research Part F: Psychology and Behaviour and reviews for leading journals. Her work, supported by agencies such as SERB, INAE, and ICSSR, focuses on pedestrian safety, traffic flow modeling, and sustainable urban transportation systems.Dr. Pritikana Das is an assistant professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal, with a specialization in Transportation Engineering. She completed her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Her thesis titled Development of Macroscopic Flow Modeling for Pedestrians’ and Level of Service. Dr. Pritikana has done Master of Technology in Transportation Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology Durgapur. Her research interests lie in pedestrian behavior and safety, sustainable urban transport, and traffic engineering. She has been actively involved in various academic projects and has published numerous research papers in reputed journals. Dr. Pritikana worked 3 years as a scientist C in CSIR-CRRI New Delhi in Transport Planning Division from March 2017 to March 2020.Dr. K. Krishnamurthy is presently a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India. He graduated in Civil Engineering from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, in 1993, and obtained post-graduate degree in Urban Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, in 1996. He completed his doctoral degree in Transportation Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He has over 25 years of experience in teaching and research in Traffic and Transportation Engineering. The areas of academic and research interest include Traffic flow modeling, Road safety analysis, non-motorized transport, Transport economic analysis and Environmental impact assessment of transport, etc. Besides teaching, he has guided several post-graduate students, research scholars and published over 75 research and technical papers at various conferences and in national and international journals.Dr. Samson Mathew completed his B.Tech. Degree from University of Kerala, in the year 1985, M.Tech. Degree from University of Calicut in 1988 and Ph.D. from University of Calicut in 1996. He joined National Institute of Technology (formerly Regional Engineering College), Tiruchirappalli in the year 1994. Dr. Samson Mathew is currently working as the professor of Civil Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. He also heads the Centre of Excellence in Transportation Engineering (CETransE) at NIT Tiruchirappalli. He is a member of State Technical Agency of Prime Minister Gram Sadak Yojana program for Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. Formerly, Dr. Samson Mathew was the Dean (Students Welfare) at NIT, Tiruchirappalli. He was the convener of Hostels and chief warden. He was the chief of Works for three years at NITT and played an instrumental role in developing the infrastructure of the campus.
