Yearbook of the International Law Commission

This volume contains the report of the International Law Commission on the work of its fifty-second session (1 May – 9 June and 10 July – 18 August 2000). The issues discussed at that session included: unilateral acts of states, diplomatic protection, state responsibility, reservations to treaties and international liability for injurious consequences arising out of acts not prohibited by international law.
