Yearbook of the International Court of Justice

The Yearbook provides general information regarding organisation, jurisdiction, activities and administration of the International Court of Justice. The present issue, sixtieth of the series, covers period of the work of the Court from 1 August 2005 till 31 July 2006. It discusses cases before the Court pertaining to subjects such as territorial rights, law of the sea and treaty interpretation. A wide range of topics have been covered in the years and each issue contains a chapter describing the publications issued by the Court during that year.
