Joanna Sullivan is a teacher, adviser and writer with decades of experience guiding high-impact institutional change. As the founder of Conscience, she has advised global organisations on complex systemic challenges. Her work is centred on building powerful, effective movements for change to shape sustainability policy. Joanna is also Professor of Climate Diplomacy at the European Institute and teaches leadership transformation at global retreats.
