‘This is an immensely accessible discussion of what it might be to be a team coach. Paul has drawn on a significant body of research and on his own extensive experience to guide the reader through a process of finding out for themselves what they want their practice to stand for. The contribution is significant in terms of helping the development of a rapidly expanding practice at the same time as drawing attention to the value of reflexivity in the practice of team coaching. The whole is presented in everyday language with practical, and highly relatable, examples.’Dr. Peter Jackson, Director International Centre for Coaching & Mentoring Studies, Oxford Brookes Business School
