Bishop Richard Moth was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Southwark in 1982 and served as Bishop of the Armed Forces for six years before being appointed Bishop of Arundel I Brighton in 2015. He is Chair of the Board of Governors of St Mary’s University. He has a long interest in Benedictine spirituality and is an Oblate of Pluscarden Abbey.Sarah McKenna-Ayres is staff photographer at St Mary’s University and founder of TigerBean Media, which focuses on portrait photography and creating artwork for the purposes of business promotion. Here she has a particular interest in architectural photography. She was one of the official photographers for the visit of HH Pope Benedict XVI to St Mary’s in 2010.Canon Dr Robin Gibbons is a fellow and the Alexander Schemann Professor of Eastern Christianity at the Graduate Theological Foundation in Mishawaka, Indiana; he was a faculty of theology member at the University of Oxford; and was formerly the Director of Studies for Theology and Religion in the department for continuing education at the University of Oxford. He was a senior lecturer in liturgy and historical theology at St Mary’s for many years and is presently a Canon of the Anglican Cathedral of Oxford and a Melkite priest. Professor Anthony McClaran has been Vice-Chancellor of St Mary’s University since 2020, having previously been Chief Executive Officer of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) of Australia, the Quality Assurance Agency for HE (QAA) and the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS). He is currently a member of the board of AVEPRO, the Holy See’s agency for the quality assurance of ecclesiastical HE institutions.
