Tony Clayton-Lea is an awardwinning, Irish-based freelance journalist/writer/editor, who writes on music, the arts and culture for numerous print and online outlets. These publications include the Irish Times, the Irish Independent, the Sunday Independent and the Irish Post. He frequently conducts public interviews with musicians, actors and authors for podcasts and also within the scheduled programming of arts and literary festivals, seminars and conferences. He is the author of six non-fiction, music-related books. In 2021, his debut work of fiction was featured in the short story collection, Brevity is the Soul (Liberties Press).A former professional musician and producer, Mark Cunningham came to the fore as a music industry journalist in the early 1990s. His debut as an author came in 1996 with Good Vibrations: A History of Record Production (Sanctuary) and, in 2013, The O’Brien Press published his official biography of Horslips, Tall Tales. Mark has since developed as the author and graphic designer of a wide range of deluxe box set releases, for artists including Mott The Hoople, Ian Anderson, The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, Sharon Shannon and Horslips. A father of four, he lives with his wife Chrissy, their dogs Georgie and Ringo, and birds Gizmo and Bobby.Michael D Higgins was President of Ireland from 2011 to 2025. An innovative minister for the Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht from 1993 to 1997, he has always had a keen interest in music, poetry and literature.
