Beskrivning
Meet the plants and animals who’ve left life in the bush and moved into a park, street or front yard near you. Raucous galahs, secretive blue-tongues and landscaping brush-turkeys share our towns and suburbs. And to make a life in the city, they’ve learned to be flexible, resilient and street-smart. They’ve transformed our suburbs into living, breathing ecosystems, places where wildness hasn’t vanished, but simply moved in.If you’ve ever wondered why magpies sing in duets, how cockatoos learned to open bins or why koalas sleep so much, Wild Neighbours will help you understand the habits, personalities, quirks, ingenuity and everyday dramas of the animals and plants that live among us.It’s time to get to know the neighbours.
