“I became aware of Kim Colegrove’s work with Pause First Academy and have read her books, which have saved lives of warriors who, as stoics do, tried to tough it out on their own until they felt there was nowhere to turn. Thank goodness they found Kim’s book, The Mindfulness For Warriors Handbook. My great hope is that even more find Wellness Warrior Style, which offers profoundly helpful practices and empowering stories of warriors who faced their trauma and reclaimed their mental wellness and their lives in the process. I could not be more proud of Kim and how she gives back to those who give so much.”—Becca Andeson, author of Badass Affirmations
