Walking in Harmony.....the long journey Home.A deeply personal spiritual journey to the peace that resides within us all. It's frank, it's not for the feint of heart, but it is truthful and is shared to encourage others to take that step to self-discovery and to live life instead of enduring life.The question often asked is "How do I find myself?" and my answer is "You can't find yourself. You will never open a door and see yourself standing there waiting to be found. Instead we have to experience who we really are and that allows us to start from this very moment. Once we pause to observe how we think and act it allows us to make a conscious effort to change, not just outwardly in the way we interact with the world, but inwardly, and it leads to making peace with oneself".Most of us are fighting an inner battle and this book will help to end that battle peacefully. Walking in Harmony tells of my own personal journey, but it is a journey that so many will recognise within themselves. We can't wait for Perfect. The perfect time to start will never come.
