The approach adopted by mostgraphics systems is to perform a central or parallelprojection of the objects onto the view surface. Thesesystems have to make use of the mathematical results ofprojective geometry.This monograph has as its aim the derivation of a frameworkfor analyzing the behavior of projective transformations ingraphics systems.
