Daniel Petit, Ph.D. (1996) in Greek Linguistics, Habilitation (2002) in Baltic Linguistics, University of Sorbonne, is Professor of Indo-European Linguistics at the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris). He has published extensively on Baltic Linguistics including Apophonie et catégories grammaticales dans les langues baltiques (2004).
