'There has never been a better or more timely publication of a new approach to considering strategy and completitive advantage. This book is a breath of fresh air for pragmatic academics, students and certainly practitioners. Through a clear conversational approach, it breaks down the, often misunderstood, academic discourse to provide a set of tools for businesses to embrace uncertainty and drive strategic innovation. This book is highly pertinent to its time and it is a must-read for students, practitioners and business leaders who seek to drive their organisations into the future and truly create the sustainable competitive advantage so highly sought after.'Ricardo Araujo, Finance Director at The Anthology Group‘The recipe for long-term success is a continuous process of reconfiguring scenarios and creating new ways to bring focus and decisions together. Unlocking Strategic Innovation demonstrates concretely that competitive advantage is connected to the recognition of change, barriers and uncertainty. The time of uncertainty that we are experiencing is actually the opportunity to generate ideas, consider the options, change combinations, implement the new concept and create new ways to flourish again. I strongly recommend reading this book and following the steps to competitive success.’Mélody Roussy-Parent, Founder and Consultant of RethinkPath Creative Culture Consulting, Munich, Germany
