"Reading through this publication can only be compared to meeting familiar friends: the theorists, the ideas, the practices – but in new settings. The separate chapters are very coherent because the ideas and their alignment are well-understood and therefore authors are able to maximize the ideas by building connections... After decades of being a practitioner in continuing professional development for university teaching, I found this publication valuable for beginning and mid-career professionals."- Professor Wendy Kilfoil, Education Consultant, University of Pretoria, South Africa
