He is a member of the Global Extractivisms and Alternatives Initiative (EXALT), and the Peoples Sovereignty Network.Christopher Chase-Dunn is Distinguished Professor of Sociology and Director of the Institute for Research on World-Systems at the University of California, Riverside, USA.
