Laurie Mook is an associate professor in the School of Community Resources and Development at Arizona State University.John R. Whitman is a visiting assistant professor of Entrepreneurship and Leadership in the College of Business Administration at The University of Alabama in Huntsville.Jack Quarter is a professor in the Department of Leadership, Higher and Adult Education at the University of Toronto. He is a founding member of Ontario Institute for Studies in Education’s Social Economy Centre.Ann Armstrong is the director of the Social Enterprise Initiative at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
