Björn Rombach is Emeritus Professor of Public Administration at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. His research has focused on evaluation, management control, quality improvement, organization, and leadership in public administration. He has published widely in books and journals.Oskar Svärd holds a PhD in Public Administration from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. His research primarily focuses on the governance and management of public organizations, with particular interest in boards of directors and corporate governance in companies where the public sector has significant ownership. He is currently responsible for community outreach and collaboration at the School of Public Administration, University of Gothenburg.
