Uncertainty for Safe Utilization of Machine Learning in Medical Imaging

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th Workshop on Uncertainty for Safe Utilization of Machine Learning in Medical Imaging, UNSURE 2025, held in conjunction with MICCAI 2025, in Daejon, South Korea, on September 27, 2025.The 22 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 33 submissions.
