Truth Unchanged, Unchanging

Martyn Lloyd-Jones (1899-1981) was born in Wales. He was a dairyman's assistant, a political enthusiast, debater, and chief clinical assistant to Sir Thomas Harder, the King's Physician. But at the age of 27 he gave up a most promising medical career to become a preacher. He had a far-reaching influence through his ministry at Westminster Chapel in London, England from 1938-68. His published works have had an unprecedented circulation, selling in millions of copies.

”"The world today is vastly different from the one in which our author lived. Yet despite all the advances of science and technology it would be hard to argue that it is a better place. While men and women look for answers that might be anticipated in the future, the Bible tells us that the answer is found in something accomplished in the past. Christ died for sins once for all the righteous for the unrighteous to bring you to God. It is this unchanging truth that we are to believe and proclaim in these changing times."“Alistair Begg(Founder, Truth for Life)
