Transnational Repression

Klaus Brummer holds the Chair of International Relations at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany. He served as co-editor-in-chief of the ISA journal Foreign Policy Analysis and was the 2021/22 DAAD Hannah Arendt Visiting Chair for German and European Studies at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, University of Toronto. He is the co-editor of States and their Nationals Abroad: Support, Co-Opt, Repress (Cambridge University Press, 2024). Šumit Ganguly is a Senior Fellow and Director of the Huntington Program on Strengthening US-India Relations at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He is also Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Indiana University, Bloomington and currently co-edits the ISA journal, International Studies Review. He is the co-editor of States and their Nationals Abroad: Support, Co-Opt, Repress (Cambridge University Press, 2024).
