Prof. Ekiz has two key areas of interest. The first is services marketing, more specifically service failure, customer complaint and service recovery activities in tourism and hospitality. The second is investigating the effect of tourism's unique characteristics on tourist complaining behaviour and related processes.Karen Miranda-Fernandez (Edited By) Dr Karen Miranda-Fernandez (ORCID: 0000-0002-1626-193X) is an educator, author, practitioner, and international speaker in the field of events, tourism, and hospitality. She was a postdoctoral scholar at School of Events, Tourism and Hospitality in Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom. She holds a doctoral degree in Business Management specialized in Hospitality Management and master's degree in Business Administration major in Hotel and Restaurant Management both earned at Philippine Women's University, Manila. Her research interests include events management, sustainable tourism, and hospitality management.Anukrati Sharma (Series Edited By) Dr. Anukrati Sharma is the Associate Professor of the Department of Commerce and Management at the University of Kota (A State Govt. University) in Kota, Rajasthan, India. She is the Director of the Skill Development Centre of the same University. She is also Dean (Honorary) of Tourism and Hospitality at Vishwakarma Skills University, Jaipur (A Govt. State University). She worked three years( 06 Jan.2021- 06 Jan.24) as the Head of the Department of Commerce and Management, University of Kota. In 2015, she received a Research Award from the University Grants Commission(UGC), New Delhi, for her project "Analysis of the Status of Tourism in Hadoti and Shekhawati Region/Circuit (Rajasthan): Opportunities, Challenges, and Future Prospects." Her doctorate from the University of Rajasthan is in Tourism Marketing, and she completed her dissertation research on Tourism in Rajasthan--Progress &Prospects.
