Saki Bailey is a doctoral candidate at the Department of Business, Economics and Law at Göteborgs Universitet, Sweden and a Faculty Member and Lecturer at the International University College of Turin. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings with an emphasis in international and comparative law. Her research and teaching interests are in legal theory, comparative law, property law, management of common resources and social and economic rights. Andrea Pradi is Professor of Law at the Università degli Studi di Trento, Italy. He obtained a Ph.D. in Private Comparative Law from Università degli Studi di Trento, Italy in 1999 and a LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley Law School in 2002. He has been a visiting scholar at Berkeley Law School and at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, where he conducted research about the comparative law and economics perspectives of property law.
