Trans-Affirmative Therapy for Working with Transgender and Non-Binary People

Helping professionals across disciplines who are grappling with supporting non-binary and transgender clients, this book sets out a unique advocacy-based model that draws upon queer theory and narrative therapy. Developed over the last 10 years with over 600 trans clients, this innovative and non-pathologizing framework privileges the lived experiences of transgender and gender expansive people, whilst honoring the WPATH Standards of Care.
