Professor Atef Badr, PhD, MSc, BSc (Hons), PGCE, CMgr, FCMI, MOWS, MOSE, MACI, FICT, FHEA, CEng, FICE Head of Civil Engineering & Quantity Surveying, Military Technological College, Sultanate of Oman is a dedicated academic leader with a strong record of academic, industrial and management experience.
