Martin Cross is an Olympic rowing champion, author, broadcaster and history teacher, with particular expertise in the First World War. His autobiography Olympic Obsession was published to critical acclaim in 2001. He has written for numerous journals and publication and was the rowing correspondent of the Guardian from 2001 until 2012. He runs a successful YouTube channel – Crossy’s Corner – which interviews the world’s leading rowers and coaches. Dr Thérèse Radic is the world’s leading authority on F. S. Kelly. She is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music at the University of Melbourne. She is a biographer and playwright who has been a lecturer, broadcaster, book reviewer, critic, documentary film script writer, course designer and music consultant for museums, galleries, celebratory events, film, television and the stage. She is the author/editor of 10 books, 18 plays and some 200 articles, monographs, chapters and reviews on aspects of Australian music history. 'In 2000 she was commissioned by the National Library of Australia to edit Kelly's diaries, which it published as Race Against Time in 2004.
