Itis one thousand years in the future. The entire world has become divided intothree tyrannical nuclear superpower states. The governing body running the showis known as The World Authority of Thermonuclear States (T.W.A.T.S.), andwhen they achieved world domination approximately one hundred years ago, monarchies and democracies ceased to exist, and a new world order(another one) began. The power-hungry Commanders-in-Chief of thisorganisation (also referred to by the same name) are Donald Trump (UA leader),Tony Blair (EF leader), and Xi Jinping (RC leader). They were all resurrectedusing cryopreservation technology. Asthe world faces almost certain destruction from a thermonuclear war, with eachleader vying to become the supreme ruler and the ever-growing threat of robotstaking over the world, not to mention the outbreak of a deadly virus and otherscientific calamities, can the outlawed rebel leader, Ivor Jefferies and hisfellow Welsh comrades put an end to the tyranny and regain the democraticfreedoms their ancestors once enjoyed? Ifthey are to succeed, they must first break into the European Federation's high-securityscientific laboratory for cryogenics, located on the outskirts of District 1(former Brussels), and bring the eloquent former Welsh Labour leader, NeilKinnock, back to life - surely he must be able to talk sense into the threedespotic leaders and bring about a fair and democratic way of life once more? Sodetermined are Ivor and his band of brothers and sisters (they are not allrelated!) that they would even break into the laboratory with only shovels andpickaxes if necessary! 'A fast-paced, action-packed, witty and sometimesterrifying parody of what might be to come in the future!'
