Cooper is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Organizational Behaviour (Wiley & Sons) and is also on the Editorial Board of many other journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, British Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Change Management, Leadership and Organization Development Journal, and the Employee Rights and Responsibility Journal.
