Gökçe Yurdakul is Georg Simmel Professor of Diversity and Social Conflict at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Her research focuses on intersectionality, migration, and belonging, with particular emphasis on the experiences of Muslim immigrants in Western Europe.Jean Beaman is Associate Professor of Sociology in the Ph.D. Program at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (CUNY). Her research is ethnographic in nature and focuses on race/ethnicity, racism, international migration, and state violence in both France and the United States.Liza Mügge is Professor in Political Science at the University of Amsterdam and Principal Investigator of the Politics of Diversity group. She leads several international comparative research projects funded by the Dutch Research Council and the European Commission on diversity, political representation, backlash, intersectionality, and masculinities.Sarah Scuzzarello is Associate Professor at the University of Sussex. Herresearch focuses on migration, gender, and sexuality and it applies an interdisciplinary approach by drawing on political science, political psychology, and sociology.Sirijit Sunanta is Associate Professor in the PhD Program in Multicultural Studies, Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia, Mahidol University. Her research interests include gender and migration, globalization and food cultures, and the politics of diversity in Thailand.
