Holly Ann Garnett is the Class of 1965 Professor in Leadership and Professor of Political Science at the Royal Military College of Canada. She is cross-appointed faculty at Queen's University (Kingston) and Honourary Research Fellow at the University of East Anglia. She has published widely on issues of electoral administration and management, election technology and cyber-security, civic literacy, and campaign finance. As co-director of the Electoral Integrity Project, she engages with academics, electoral management bodies, policymakers, international organizations, and civil society to improve the quality of elections around the globe. Toby S. James is Professor of Politics and Public Policy at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom and Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science. His research interests are broad and cover democracy, electoral integrity, public policy and political methodology, and he is the (co-)author/editor of 15 bookscovering these topics with major international presses. He is co-director of the Electoral Integrity Project and Editor-in-Chief of the journal Policy Studies. He has been recognized with awards for his contribution towards the development of public policy in elections, having collaborated with a wide range of national and international electoral organizations, national parliaments and civil society groups.
