Ciarán Ó Cuinn is Director of MEDRC, the sole surviving institution of the Multilateral Middle East Peace Process. An expert in peace processes and negotiation, he served as a senior policy adviser to the Irish government on the Irish Peace Process and advises internationally on diplomacy and conflict resolution.
