Gian Luca Burci is a Senior Fellow in the Global Health Centre of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. He was adjunct professor and senior visiting professor of international law at the Graduate Institute from 2012 to 2026. He is also the Director of the joint LLM on Global Health Law and Governance between the Graduate Institute and Georgetown Law School. Since 2016, Professor Burci is Visiting Professor and Senior Scholar at the O'Neill Center on National and Global Health Law, Georgetown University School of Law. Since 2024, he has been a member of the One Health High-Level Expert Panel. Before his appointment at the Graduate Institute, Gian Luca Burci served in the Legal Office of the World Health Organization from 1998 to 2016 and was its Legal Counsel from 2005 to 2016. He also previously served as legal officer in the International Atomic Energy Agency and in the Office of the Legal Counsel of the United Nations.Ginevra Le Moli is a Part-Time Professor of International Law at the European University Institute's Florence School of Regulation and a Fellow at the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Governance. She is the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Review of European, Comparative and International Environmental Law. Her research addresses global environmental change, human rights, global health, and international institutional law, combining doctrinal and interdisciplinary approaches. She has advised states and international organizations in proceedings before human rights bodies and the International Court of Justice.Jorge E. Viñuales is the Harold Samuel Chair of Law and Environmental Policy at the University of Cambridge and is the founding Director of the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (C-EENRG). He is also a Research Professor of International Law at LUISS, Rome, the Chairman of the Compliance Committee of the UNECE/WHO-Europe Protocol on Water and Health, a Member of the Sanctions Committee of the IDB Group, a Member of the Institut de Droit International, a member of the arbitrator panels of ICSID and of the Shanghai and Shenzhen international arbitration centres, and the former Director-General of the Latin-American Society of International Law. He has published widely in his specialty areas and in international law at large, and he frequently acts as arbitrator, expert and counsel in international proceedings.
